xbox 360 noise is always loud.... thanks to the screaming DVD drive.

the noise is not the big concern but the speed its spinning below there which is the problem

You have to bear with the sound OR DIY a water cooling setup for your beloved xbox 360 then add dampening material to the DVD drive.
