I am sure they can be altered from the crotch down. Nothing too extreme I suppose.

Gents,

Today I tried slimming down my shirt using a backstitch. And it seems to do the trick.

I always thought the 'normal fabric' among tailors is polyester in tailoring slacks.

That was the date he proposed to me since I said I'm not in a rush to wear the pants. Got a call from him later. The pants will be ready on the 21st.
