Anyone have any idea where to

1) Alter a black leather jacket? Sleeves are slightly too long and width to adjust 1 size smaller.... i lost weight that's why

2) Same goes for a normal coat? Need to alter it 1 size smaller / shorten sleeve also. Is Za Altera okay for this?

I just went to za altera in the gardens (in isetan) and she quoted me rm95 to shorten my sleeves as there's buttons there.

Hi guys! I've had two bespoke suits made prior and I've recently purchased my 1st of the rack suit. I saw a suit from Hugo Boss and it retails for around RM4k but discounted down to RM1.3k. I managed to get it altered and it fits well. I'm just curious as I've read online that even big brands like Hugo and certain lines in the Zegna and Ralph Lauren houses actually sell fused suits.

I've done the pinch test and I can feel 3 separate fabrics, so I'm just curious. Anyone with any experience with Hugo Boss?

How much would it cost to alter length and fit?

Try your lifestyle mall, ie Robinson, Isetan, Tangs, heck even Aeon...they have in-house brands that is decent and price wise cheaper.

Can I get some recommendations on places to buy pure or mixed wool? Would appreciate if you guys could let me know the info of any stores that have good products and won't rip me off.

Also, does anyone know the current pricing for pure wool? Say maybe Super 100's or so?

when was the sales? is it still available? and where you sent your suit for alteration?

Cuffz has this tux for 799 which is quite nice n comfy and i quite like its lapel, and provide alteration for RM40 each section
