Hi guys,
Thinking of getting a G2000 suit, but most of the fits are very unflattering.
Can a tailor reduce the shoulderpads, and make the jacket look less like a box? I have a jacket from Jefferson which is more informal, and it has a nice 'waist' cutting on it.
Thanks for your help!

am looking for a decent tailor to alter a Banana Republic jacket and pants.
Would like it to be better fitted for the jacket and also make the pants more slim fitted.
Don't really know where to go or how much this would costs.
Any advice would be much appreciated. Cheers.

QUOTE(jind86 @ Dec 30 2008, 07:03 PM) My tailor is actually like my doctor, when my clothes feel ill-fitting, I consult my tailor.. The fact is actually clothes off-the-rack are made to fit a mannequin, and every person's body is shaped differently.. I have altered practically every clothing article from t-shirts, polo-t's, short pants, jeans, khakis, dress shirts, and sportsjackets.. Share your tailor here and I will update this post..jind86's tailor: Ruth's, Lot C41A, Level Concourse Suria KLCC. sliver2c's tailor:Binwani's, The Curve. Leather specialist:Leather Fixx Enterprise Store: Services Lot No.: B5 Location: Basement 1 Zone: Highstreet Telephone No.: 0377252126 [COLOR=purple][SIZE=7] hello there, can you recommend me where can I alter my blazer, please? And how much will it cost (through your experience)?the problems that I had with my blazer is it's a little big at the armpits area,I can't raise my hand properly~thank you This post has been edited by the95: Dec 3 2011, 07:33 PM

Hey guys, would like to ask. How much does it roughly cost to alter a wool blazer? Looking to alter the length and probably adjust the shoulders a little.
Does anyone know how much Lords Tailor charge for alterations? How about cheaper-not-so-well-known tailors?
