Hi all,

I bought a house, when i approached the seller-developer,i asked for a house that have the flat car porch.That time the house yet to be build.But right now, when i went to look for the house, which is half way construction,the car porch was sliding,not a flat car porch area.

So i thinking of changing the unit which i bought, am i able to do so?I just want to change to house which next to my house, the car porch was flat car porch.The house next to my house still available.

How can i do this?

anyone have idea.?

p/s:I already sign SNP, and Bank already release loan

Bank already release money...means transfer and charge already done .

Even if developer agree...banyak susah lingam lor...

Need to cancel SPA, cancell loan..means u got to bayar balik the amount already release, discharge the charge on the title, do transfer title back to developer.

then start all over again for the new lot....Imagine the time and $$$$ it's gonna cost u...

Anyway, there is absolutely no reason for the developer to agree to the request.
