 Aspirin and Paracetamol , which one is recommended?

OMG ... all the while, I thought they're the same even though I didn't take aspirin before.

Because as I said earlier, all the while I only pop in panadol/paraceptamol.

If can, try to sleep it off. Dun too dependent on drugs.

I understand that since I won't pop in that unless cannot take the pain further.

I heard that panadol is hard to be decomposed by our body.
