True, but you have forgotten that MNC work based on merits
Once you are deemed underperforming you are out
If you are a foreigner its very hard to climb up their ranks
So you are talking about 10 years life span unless of coz u can climb up to management level
Dont forget MNCs now adays employs based on contracts even GMs
Not to mention the abundant politics in work
If you are not fit, you are gone the next

On the other hand Chinaman's company work almost opposite of MNCs
Plus Chinaman's company usually cut cost by widening their employee's scope i.e. one leg kick
For a fresh grad it makes sense as you have plenty of opportunities to learn

And when times arent good they cut your position too and sub the job to third world country
So its like they cherish you more if you can work when economic weather is good



Its all marketing gimmick, with strict US policy i.e. fair business practice + high overhead costs + shrinking profit margin from competitors like China
You think they can make that much of a profit to increase return to you?

Auditors arent engaged or valued highly for no reason, and have you looked into how many times a business has changed hands during its lifetime course in the US?
Sounds familiar with equity swapping that brought down the economy?



They treat everyone equally because of legislation, see what they did when they leave their country
