He is using the 600 series (last batch made in UK). Sub is SPL-1200R. Running 7.1. Actually, he has another 5.1 600 series also. He has 2 ASW subs, which he doesnt like it so much. That's why he bought the Velodyne.

Nope, he is using the entry level Wharfy SW150, which is a 10" sub.

frankly speaking....the bookshelf 600s i tried on saturday wasnt very impressive...they even set it up with the marantz receiver and i was listening to a few bd i brought myself.

maybe i should ask if i can loan them to test with my own setup.

I am talkin about Blu Ray reader for Desktop PC which is like 80 USd to 100 USD in USA


Added on January 26, 2009, 7:03 pmwhich costs rm 550 in MSIA liteon brand with many bad reviews

dont see the point of getting BD reader for pc....should just skip that to the BD writers.

I ve ordered JC World Tour 2007 BD. Now, waiting it to reach my doorsteps. Probably early next week as PA is closed for CNY til Wed.
