Most likely your car keys out of battery - open up the car keys and you'll find a small round battery. Just go to any ace hardware and they should have the right battery replacement

Joshiet u said u cannot unlock with keys but can u lock it with keys? is it one door or all 4 doors? it might be central lock problem? could be the mechanism in the door needs repair?

Can you turn the key while in the keyhole? Or you can't even turn it??
I've faced certain 'powered lock' (or 'lock gun') that 'pulled' very hard until manual open was unable to unlock it but, it was ok when the central lock controller instruct it to unlock (remote alarm unlock).

If you're lucky, some greasing/anti rust on a few joints would do, coz too much rust on a linkage can put too much resistance for the actuators to work properly.

assuming remote unlock not working and manual unlocking using key is working (lock and unlock) probably i)some resistance in the mechanism (greasing will help) ii)jammed mechanism. actuators, mounts or linkages could be bent/broken (replace said parts) unlikelyiii)you have someone elses key~
