just a notice, i recently bought a d3100 with kit lens at Fotocam in perangin mall. they offered me rm1850 with 4gb, bag and a tripod, which eventually i bought, after surveying around komtar/penang road.

all was good, until they keep insisting me to buy their filter, which in the i bought it too. so imagine this, i got back, and went online to check the price of the so called better quality japan made filter, it was only rm50, but they sold me at rm140. well, can't blame them, i didnt know the exact price of the filter.

in the end, i think it was a win win situation, i got a reasonable bargain, and the shop got to knock me rm90.

so beware while buying at fotocam.

p/s: where reasonable place to get lens around penang road?? getting a 50mm f/1.8d tmr.
