I visited GoodArch in Sri Petaling yesterday to listen to their presentation. Their package costs RM2,980 which includes all the initial consultation plus 1 pair of shoes + insole. My thoughts:

1. The price of RM2,980 is very high. The salesman from GoodArch acknowledges that theirs is the most expensive in Malaysia.

2. You must buy their shoe to go with the insole. They do not sell the insole alone. With the package you get 1 pair of shoes + insole. Additional pairs cost from RM280-400 depending on type and style.

3. I'm not sure what qualifications the people at GoodArch have. From what I could see, you are being served by their salespeople (they claim to have some sort of training by the company). Personally, I feel more comfortable seeing a properly qualified podiatrist.

4. I also wonder how their product itself differs from insoles offered by others.
