i went to sunway medical and saw a podiatrist Dr. Bergin. He made a plaster of paris out of my feet and sent to australia to produce a custom made orthotics. it cost about rm800.

I tried custom made from podiatrist and those insoles from scan machines in shopping malls. Didnt work. Finally found a product that works - Barefoot Science insoles. No more foot pain. They don't sell it in Malaysia. I bought it when I was in Australia - $USD60? Can google it and try to buy online , maybe Amazon.com?
