My aunt and I got ourselves a pair each in Hongkong. I have a rather nice arch but my feet orientation is slightly less than perfect, as opposed to my aunt whereby her feet is flat-soled. I have not troubles wearing mine but she's complaining about the bulge meant for the arch. Couldnt stand it and there goes HKD2000, collecting dust.

Better check with more people. I'm doubtful as to how it is possible to re-structure your fully-grown pair of feet? Unless you're still a kid I doubt its purpose for adults.
