As the title suggest, anyone could share how to convert 2 or 3 pins fan to 4 pin molex? Im oso dunno how to pull of molex connector using home tools even read pinned psu sleeving guide.

bro, just use a normal screwdrive i mean thinner wans.. to take out the molex connector.. the molex connector has to thing by the side.. molex connector is the esiest to remove.. but not the 20 pin atx connector.. if need help.. pm me

Alternatively, you can order a molex removal tool from niclasteoh, the plastic one is only a few ringgit. No need to buy the metal one if you're not going to use it often.

u see the part that bends out like banana skin? that's the retention mechanism for the pin, preventing the pin from coming out of the plastic molex connector. when it's out, it's locked in place. u need to use a very fine flat head screwdriver to bend the thing inwards, only then u can remove the pin just by pulling out the wire away from the connector.
