http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sportcoat
When I saw the picture of the above suit jacket, I immediately thought it was a sportcoat. Another thread highlighting the difference between the both--->Link |

QUOTE(xphossis @ Jun 17 2010, 10:06 AM) It was crappy. Ugly ass products on a small discount (20 to 40%?? )edit. just came back from Singapore. I was curious so I step into the their flagship store at Paragon. Still the same situation, lots of ugly tacky products and discount wasn't great. But so many people (tourist and locals) were lapping up their stuff like hungry dogs ps. Some of their nice runaway items were there though. Not discounted, but at least they were actually nice and 'luxurious' to look at! This post has been edited by mysticaldodo: Jun 22 2010, 11:58 PM |

I really wanna know what kind of voodoo Miucca Prada is shitting in her clothes/ shoes. Her clothes can be so hideous (under the pretensions of intellectualism) and the fashion victims just lap it up till no end.

Chino, I get what you're saying.
I've tried to look at alot of their past collections objectively and i see very little design merit in most of their collections (some are good no doubt). It does often seem that she's purposely does something so unusual/ ugly that it becomes fashionable. I was singling Prada out mainly for this reason as i've felt that this house has the least designer chops amongts the major houses. My question is, is Prada a designer or a trend maker? If you look at Alexander Mcqueen, Armani, Karl Lagerfeld, Balenciaga - you could easily their vision and aesthetics even though they do come out with questionable collections at time Just some thoughts. --------------------------- Nice sunglasses btw. Can they be fitted with prescription lenses? This post has been edited by mysticaldodo: Dec 9 2011, 05:15 AM |

For those who posted the wardrobe pictures, I'm guessing that you both have a substantial amount of woolen clothing. How do you protect your woolen clothing from moths?

I like both the amount and placement of brogue details on your Carmina 'Cuero'
Its feels clean and doesn't detract from the colour of the leather. |

What are your thoughts? Never worn Mr Hare shoes before. I think they are all blake stiched are they? |

Looks really buttery and smooth. How's the quality of BV nowadays? I've heard from some ladies that it has went down alot (they don't even supply boxes for bags).
