Lol. I was actually looking at A.Lange & Sohne last year. But got invited to the Vacheron Constantin Fifty Six party and there the DayDate caught my eye. I wanted a dressier watch as I think I have the sports watches I wanted. It's a nice change from Rolex, no games and no waiting lists.
This model is a nice departure from VC's dressier line and is pretty versatile for both formal and casual occasions.

Also VC is perhaps less recognisable to the public and safer to wear wihout attracting attention. I doubt many know of VC except those in the know smile.gif

woah thats some vip customer status there. yeah ppl who are watch enthusiasts will at least know the trinity of watches

I can vouch for that - I have been with Mr Porter since 22/1/2011 and am one of the founding members.

Besides, all the shipment will be delivered on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means all import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price to Malaysia so there is no surprise at the customs.

Well then can u get them to offer VAT 🙂

Hmmm I don't really get you, care to elaborate?

Why don't they offer 20% VAT for deliveries outside UK, some sites do offer this

They are already doing that but the final price is not exactly 20% off as all items delivered to MY will include tax and charges so there is no surprise from our friends at customs.
*
Nah 20% flat discount is better than those tax charges, just wondering maybe they do claim it from the govt but don't pass it to the customer

I received a few parcels lately but it was the shipment handling that petrified me. And you will know why.

The first one came from endclothing.com - still one of my favourite online store but i don't know why the VAT deduction is no longer 20%.

*
did end always had 20% vat?

well that is a nice case wonder if it does have a handle?
