I believe we all have been in a situation whereby you spent a 'premium' for an item but it wasn't meeting your expectation in term of quality, durability or service to commensurate with the price you paid for. Premium needs not be a luxury or expensive stuff; it simply refers to you spending a higher than a standard price for an item.

I have been in a few situations. However, what really matter to me is how the situations were being managed, and I am equally impressed.

My two-year old Beoplay H3 Gen 2 with an almost snapped cable:

I contacted the service centre, paid them a visit and handed over the item to them. I was informed to return to service centre after a week. A week later, they just passed me a brand new Beoplay H3 ANC Gen 3:

In a simple context, i procured this two years ago:

They gave me this at no additional cost:

My Beoplay EQ ANC earphones that I bought from overseas has bluetooth connection issue after a year of owning it. Again, contacted the service centre, passed the whole set to them and I was expecting them to just repair it. To my astonishment, they passed me a brand new one:

I believe many of us have been stocking up on some necessities before the government imposes the new 10% import tax on 1 April 2023 for any online shopping goods worth below RM500. However, with the new announcement a few days ago that this measure will be postponed indefinitely, this may not be necessary anymore. At least, for now.

Skoaktiebolaget is a Swedish company dedicated for men that carries less known but premium houses such as Saint Crispin's, Enzo Bonafe, Francesco Maglia, Abbeyhorn, EG Cappelli, Albert Thurston etc. They used to carry a wide range of John Lobb but somehow the partnership has ceased. Hence, some of them were on huge discount (or else I can't afford to own a pair of the shoe trees). For more details, please visit:
