how long to initially charge the fon...coz it seems it came precharged full the battery..

guys, i need some help..how to copy videos and watch it on the phone...i`ve converted some videos into mp4 format using the mediacoder then copy to the phone but when i try to play it, it says unable to play either sound or video clip,will try play partially.then got sound but no pic...
