you can get from the kiosk at Giant Kelana Jaya. Open daily.
Just deal with the seller.

I think you wont get cheaper price at low yat plaza. It's the rental cost over there so the shop can't sell at low price I think.
If not I have no idea why there are other shops around KL area selling at a cheaper price instead. blink.gif

FM transmitter is like the one in W980i.
Usually the headset will have the transmitter but with build in transmitter you can listen to radio even without plugging in headset.
