I've Logitech Z 5500 5.1 speaker's. It was an awsome set, nice to watch DVD's...etc!

sony HT 5.2 la bro..999 only.

Sony Ht got many models. i called in a few shops. most of them selling 5.1 . RM 999 is the price

so far the cheapest 5.1 that supports optical in is the sony 5.2 model rm899. but last time i did my 5.1 optical setup with the creative decoder and edifier r501 total amount spent was rm800. still using it till today happy with it.

dude, that one lar... HT 5.2, rm999 only. but carefour selling cheaper..rm899.

bro if u want pioneer. try looking for pioneer htz-373. got it for 1300 very good for movies and gaming.. sounds good for music too !

Not sure if this has been answered before, but does the Sony take HDMI?

i got sony ddw750. there's a weird problem. PS3 optical can be detected and there is sound but with the xbox 360 audio dongle that comes with HDMI pack, it can't be detected. there is no sound. does anyone knows the problem? i am so frustrated after buying that expensive thing and it can't be used.

I recently bought a Pioneer HTZ777 (HTIB) for RM1699 from Harvey Norman.

5.2 setup (2 subs with 4 tall boys and centre speaker)
I mainly got it because of the Optical Input for my PS3.

You may wanna consider tallboy speakers
