if i have an old version of k-lit codec pack installed already... should i uninstall the old one first? or can i install this new one and overwrite it?
i'm running on win7 32 bit btw...thanks. |

if the installer is done correctly, uninstallation is better because it will properly unregister the installed codecs.
usually, with other codec packs, i always uninstall it first. |

5.8.3 got bug with my 7 Home Premium, will hang when load video... need to force restart... Use back 5.6.1

I tried to play a mkv video with every version from 5.6.1 onwards and none were able to playback it. Only can hear the sound but no video. The only working version is 5.6.1.. VideoLan also works but i still prefer to watch with k-lite |

Is it me..or starting version 5.9 and above, performance on MPC is totally sluggish..like "lagging", stuck on frames? Especially when you skip on certain time slots on the movie, it will "freezes/stuck"?
It doesn't happen on WMP tho... @ windows 7 HP 64-bit with nvidia 9800GT |
