Water Block, I DIY 1 don't laugh

This water block's cost of materials less than RM10 not included "working fees" If it look very ugly don't laugh pls, because this block 100%DIY After i install in my desktop i will post again p/s:100% aluminium [attachmentid=745394]
Tested with 1800L/h water pump and around 3 hours [attachmentid=744073] 100% no water leaking
Radiator no problem now [attachmentid=745385]
Finally, i finished [attachmentid=747013] [attachmentid=747017] [attachmentid=747033]
Only for LGA775 [attachmentid=747060]
Now i m looking for more suitable water pump I will install it on 24-1-2009

should find some machinary shop and DIY one using CnC machine... any mechanical engineer here ? might help us design a good water block specially for LYN members only anyway, good work by TS...

the flow very weried la... i tot pass by copper first only out and re pump again? because if not, the pipe sure damn hot..
heat pass to the coper then only re pump back ma..
just like car cooling system like that

your block is aluminium ... but your waterbarb is brass (copper+tin) if you wan to get cheap copper .... go visit air con shop ... get the copper tubes

sorry....i guess it just leaked when TS apply pressure on the block while installing...oppssss.....can't update us...PC banjir jor...  btw i can see how much hard work u put on to the rad....but i guess it won't be expensive if u grab one from car junk store... something like this...
