The rules isn't strict... just that some have offended other forumers and never return... we have to be sensitive to other chatters too...

Flirting is allowed... but some has gone way overboard... nobody likes to lose chatters, but it happened... so rather have new rules... so people who want to chat will feel easy without offending anyone...
