Folder Automatically Dissapears

I am using Vista x64 & whenever I open 'windows defender' folder, it'll just dissappear in 1-2 seconds..
Anyone facing this problem? Running on original Vista Ultimate x64 patched with SP1. |

Hi,
Firstly, im curious tickled why do you access this folder for? Secondly, do you run any other malware protection? If yes (and i hope so), try to shut it down for a while and do whatever you wanna do again. Cheers!
