Can I send things using pos ekpress to east malaysia - Sabah, Tawau? Cause I read the paper attached and envelope Sabah is not in the list?

The seller posted the item on Monday night, however the status says "Not Existed" when I do the search, plus it's just inter city Puchong to Damansara, today also not at my door step yet. I assumed something went wrong somewhere and the package may be lost now?
