Hi All,

Can clarify poslaju, pos express & registered pos?
What's the difference?
If send cosmetics & makeup, not too heavy, what is the best way?

I know pos express - signature not required
pos laju - signature required
registered pos - ??

And what happens if the items go missing?

Do you need to buy insurance and pay more?

Help needed.

Thanks.

I would suggest you to use PosLaju because Pos Express always went missing furthermore Pos Express is meant for document posting only actually. Registered Pos is cheaper but it's sent like normal mail so it's slow, it's not 2nd day delivery so i don't think ur buyer will like that. Insurance is usually not necessary with PosLaju unless the cosmetic stuff u're selling is very expensive.

i also hear about Pos Malaysia Parcel...

for cosmetics...is Poslaju or Pos Malaysia Parcel

Hello there ,

Well , if your PosEkspress item got lost during sending . You will only get another same size of evnolope as 'pampasan' smile.gif

As for PosLaju , you can buy insurance , and pay certain amount . Max redeem is RM350 ( if i am not wrong ) , please
have a look at the slip behind it . There's T&C stated clearly there tongue.gif
Hi ,

Oh , PosLaju is PosLaju , Pos Parcel is Pos Parcel .

Both is the same , they do send things . But , they uses different system .

PosLaju and Pos Parcel is totally different .

PosLaju is good for lightweight things like you mentioned above ( cosmetics ) . As for heavy thins , i woudn't reccomend it .

Pos Parcel is mainly for bulky heavy things , and it came with a cheap price tag .

Please refer to www.pos.com.my for more info .

thank you SkyNet000

yes, it's lightweight cosmetics...but sometimes have liquid items...not too heavy...like 15 ml per bottle...

1) so, based on this...you suggest poslaju is best for my case??

2) besides poslaju, what is the next best option? coz i want to give my customers some option.

3) if using poslaju & never buy insurance, and it's lost, will they give any "pampasan"?

4) if item lost, how to show to buyer that you did actually send the item?

thank you anyone who may help.
