What should i do when my buyer claimed to me that he did not receive the Pos Ekspress.
I have check the tracking system and it obviously informed us as " Final Delivery"

So what should i do now . I post in putraheights giant pos office. the buyer place is in cyberjaya.
what can i do to track the parcel back.
