i bought something from the seller sending using pos express which i not aware that pos express no need signature. now the good lost in transit.

the seller told me it is cover under the clause "will not reliable for any damage occurred during postage". so i will not get anything for the money i paid.

to me, lost in transit is lost in transit. damage is damage.

what should i do now?
