Can this paint spray at acrylic?, Pls help me

Hi there,dis morning i bought a can of spray paint...
fluorescent colour...(saturn yellow)
on the can , its written ' Acrylic Aerosol Paint' and 'Quick Drying Acrylic Fluorescent Paint'
So,nw my question is,can this paint be spray on acrylic(clear plastic) panel???will it stick?will the acrylic still look transparent or at least translucent?
can anyone teach me hw to spray on acrylic??i wan do design..how??

ya u can , but 1st u need to do sand paper on it.

spray a layer of primer 1st then sand on the paint until the surface is falt then u spray ur paint

IMO..

if u go for tinted obviously will not UV reactive.. spraying UV reactive color will definitely hav effect under UV light if u don't mind the clear plastic to be completely not transparent anymore..

but spraying 1 or two thin layer of fluorescent paint...still translucent rite?

after u spray on sanded arcylic, u wont see any calar... and fluroscent spray will now make transparent, so juz sand it u will get better effect than u didnt do sand paper on it( this is experiece) maybe u can use smoother sand paper

why dont u buy a small piece of clear acrylic plastic at stationary shop then try it first before applying it to the real thing.. so u will hav better result what is the outcome.. This post has been edited by kayFX: Dec 30 2008, 09:01 AM

just try on something smaller and similar b4 trying on the real thing. in case it doesnt turn out the way u wan it to be

sand it, spray layers of primer, sand again. white coating. spray fluorescent paint ,in this way u can get better effect . brighter.
