when i open the windows task manager,the performance always quite high..at least 3x% 1 although running very less stuff? is it normal?

open your task manager, click on CPU to arrange, screencap and post here

Since you have started the task manager, mind telling us which applications are like "hiking" the CPU usage?

I suspect you may have some malware in your pc. What antivirus/firewall/anti-spyware do u have? I see Avira's umbrella only

TS, can you terminate the "System" process that's raking up 26% CPU? Does it come back automatically later?

You should run HijackThis and post the log here. Also, install CCleaner, click Tools > Startup and disable unnecessary stuff that you don't need (and possible malware) during bootup.

In the second screenshot of "Task Manager", there's a process called "System" (Second process from the top), I don't have the process running in any of my PCs (XP). It's the one that consuming a lot of processor resources. I'm not gonna jump to conclusion but that could be a virus.
