Hi, I am a post-grad student, Malaysian Chinese, currently looking for either grounded unit or single flat. Below are my requirements:

- as near to LRT as possible cause i will be using it to travel daily
- budget of RM500 to RM600 since i am staying alone
- no need to be furnished, but hopefully there is aircond available
- less dense/noise/crowded area (unless with aircond, hopefully i can shut everything)
- need it by early or mid of January 2011
