currently i staying in taman melati. I m looking for a house PV condo (RM1200 - 1300), taman bunga raya setapak (maximum RM1100), desa setapak (RM900 - RM1000). ANY 1 WILL DO.

- minimum 4 rooms with 2 bathrooms.
- preferred double storey house
- near to shoplot or tar college (which i mean near to crowd)
- clean and in good condition
- preferred house with refridgerator and washing machine (minimum)
- all rooms with ceiling fan. no furniture inside the room is ok for me.
- preferred to move in july
