Hi, you will not able to get a unit at your budget at wangsa maju, setiawangsa Im not very sure. 2 rooms flat in wangsa maju cost atleast 550. |

for 3R2B flat in wangsa maju need atleast RM650 and above, RM650 is also once in a bluemoon will have. Currently I got one unit 2R1B rent at RM550 and one unit 3R2B rent at RM750, Please give me a call if interested.
