Bro, 2 rooms flat at wangsa maju cost atleast RM600 and 3 rooms flat will cost about RM700 above, hence you might want to increase your budget.

Hi, furnished house/Apartment in setapak will cost at least RM1500 and above, and difficult to find one at wangsa maju area.  Mostly will be partial furnish with water heater and washing machine, not aircon.

Please give me a call if you interested.
