kpa, Different tyre?

My standard 13" got once tried pump 300kpa, ezy wheel spin n wheel lock
 I pump 280kpa cuz I dun 1 my tires 2 wear n tear very fast... Cuz if below 280kpa, my car tyre will look like lack of air pressure n very hard 2 turn... especially 3 point turn  No Power Steering Assist lor  |
