it is pressute of the tire . many ppl misunderstood that the pressure = volume . for 15" or 17" the 210kpa is the same for both , the volume is different only . when u pump , the pressure actually react with the outside air pressure , that is why just stil to 210 is the best.

just stick to 210-220 is the best one .
