hi!!as u hav mentioned,seafarers among msians are very small..thanx as u hav broaden our knowledge & perception..i think agressive actions,promotions n exposures must be done to encourage msians to become a seafarer..frankly speaking, this career require a big sacrification as la ong time sailing..what is the starting salary for d deck cadet that working with MISC?is the salary is per month or for each time they go for sailing..
