wanted to ask...if u pass ur resignation letter to ur immediate supervisor...and ur supervisor will pass it to his Boss....end up the Boss hold u resignation letter without acknowledging the HR...hence u delay ur resignation period and worse affected ur employment date from the other side company. how to deal in such situation ?
