If your fixed-term contract does not provide a clause on auto renewal, your contract is deemed to have come to an end. So, subject to any such clause, you are not obligated to stay

Like you get few months worth of salary, if you have worked for a company for, say 3 years or more.

Every result on google only show me the severance pay you get if you get fired, or company closes down or something.

Unless stated in contract, there will not be severance paid for an employee's own resignation.
