got a question,

my timed contract officially ended yesterday. so far mgmt and hr both did not approach me with any contract renewal. they definitely want to retain me but i wish to leave.

do i have any obligation to stay?

May I know if there's severance pay at your company if you resign at your own will (not by dismissal)

Like you get few months worth of salary, if you have worked for a company for, say 3 years or more.

Every result on google only show me the severance pay you get if you get fired, or company closes down or something.

Thanks. I guess mostly MNC in Malaysia have severance payment right?
