My company denied claim my friend business trip. The trip was approved by higher management. Theres letter for it. Now, hes resigning from the company and looking for a legal way to claim the trip.

Unfortunately, his salary is more than RM 5000 and out of Pejabat buruh jurisdiction. IR on the other hand, only deals with termination. So how can he proceed with the claims? Are there any institution that can helps? Tribunal?
