yes, i'm genuinely innocent. my prev lousy boss report to HR i didnt do my job la, slack off la, lots of thing and it's not true. he told HR also that he didnt halau me, i'm the one who leave the office by myself, why cctv cannot record voices too??

so, my senior sv suggest me to move to other store, and I did. thank god, my new working place is much better than previous one and bcoz of the incident I'm in a much better place now. I can lodge a report to Labour Dept if I want to, but since I'm just few months working and this is my 1st job and also I dont want a bad record since i'm working in a MNC, so I prefer not to report anything. and also i'm right now looking for a new job discreetly and just be nice to my current boss.

if i report, sure my name will be blacklist..

is it better to find a new job before quitting, or just quit and have holiday for 2-3 months and find a new job? of course with sufficient savings, dont have heart to work anymore coz its not challenging..
