I already working nearly 4 month in my current job, the salary on time and their pay EPF,SOCSO.
But, I never sign any offer letter or any other letter from this company,
if I want to quit, can just I give 24 hour notice resign letter?
Do this company can sue me or anything? icon_question.gif

In my opinion, although you didn't sign any offer letter, but you are their employee officially as you get paid for 4 months.

Please be professional and don't ruin your reputation, follow the company policy and give required notice period.

I'm not gonna do that, just want to know.

So any legal action can be taken by employer to me?

But one previous employee just give just 24 hour notice to quit.
