one thing i learned about resignation; if the boss asks for your reason for leaving the company, never ever tell them the real reason. NEVER. just give standard answers like better offer or u need a change or a new challenge. that's all.

some employers can't handle the truth and they take it personally. that will close the door for your opportunity to join that company again. especially bad if you are in a small industry.
