my company need 1 month notice. if I tender today 27th, meaning my last day should be 26th June?

If i submit letter to my reporting manager, and he holds my letter, does the clock stop ticking? Some says only effective if letter reached HR?

I have about 15-18 days of AL, anyway, that part doesn't bother me.

My concern is the 2 years bond document, since there is no penalty stated if I leave in advance,
I wonder what can my company do on me ... hmm.gif

i guess u sign a bond for benefit u already taken, if not why need a bond, rite?

You worried for something u know it may happen.

Offer to give/pay it back upon request, then the ball is now under ur company.

Ur company may release you willingly.

Clean & clear, no worries haunting u.

they seems confidence can sue me, guess its time for me to find a lawyer ... : sweat.gif
