I will tender my resignation letter soon (2 months' notice)
As I have accumulated quite an amount of leaves, while the company wants me to work as long as possible to help clearing up the works , before leaving.
My company has agreed that they will pay me in lieu of leaves not taken.That is fair and i agree.
Just to find out IF these pay , in lieu of leaves will attract EPF?
( I am not covered by labour law , as my pay is more than 5K.
