Hi, I just resigned from my company today (just need to serve 24 hrs notice) and its the company pay day so I got my full amount of salary. So I would like to know does the company has the right to demand back the extra pay?

I resigned on 13 August but my company pay me full salary in month end.
Now the company is sending me letter ask me pay back the extra salary together with the extra epf and socso contribution. Can I just pay back the extra salary and refuse to pay back for the epf and socso? |
