My fren had resigned from a year contract job at 5th month before her confirmation.. thats probition period...
The reason of the resigning is that she is unhappy with current working environment where she is forced to work outside her specific job role...

Now she is server with letter of demand... demanding 3x months pay.. and plus legal fees for the proceeding...

if called in by court, can she argue not to pay the legal fees since the case is raised by the company and they are the one shall pay for it.. there is no agreement that she shall pay for them... except the 3 months salary...

i had tendered.. with a date of physically working.. but my mgr telling that he will assess impact to environment i am working and will tell me end date.. later..

for me he is just delaying for sake of using me..

i would like to know if i can ignore him and just leave as my date.. since the date i had given are after minus my AL..which is in accordance with my contract..
