I feel like resigning to change a line of job - in short, the current one was a bad fit and a mistake - but I'm only 1 month into this job. I know some of you may say I should stay longer to see if I can accommodate but I don't see any point staying and contributing only 10% of my capability/desire. Any advice for resigning a new job?
