I have some doubt I'm dealing with, I already tender my resignation last February, my notice in my contract supposedly 4 months, but I only serve 2 months so another 2 months have to pay in lieu. My last day would be this 31st March but my company let me finish off my annual leave balance which is 7 days. The problem is my boss won't pay my salary for this March because he said it is include in the 2 months of pay in lieu, is it correct what he said? As far as I know, the 2 months of pay in lieu meaning I have to compensate the company for the other 2 months in contract not from the current month. Could anybody enlighten me?
