I have been offered a 12-month contractual basis position at a company. But should I not complete the full length of my contract i.e. resign, then I have to reimburse the company for the remaining number of days or weeks or months in my contract. But what if I were to resign early. say the first week? Must I also reimburse the company?
Other options include purposely wanting the firm to terminate me so that I can exit early.
